Geographic and vertical coverage

Outbound that covers your map.

SDR pods built around the regions and verticals you actually sell into. Time-zone overlap, localized messaging, and buying-norm aware playbooks. No generic offshore queue. No "global" pretending to be regional.

Native-language reps where it matters Pods structured by region or vertical Local working hours by design
Coverage Model

Built around where you sell.

Three building blocks. Combine them how your motion needs. Pods stay accountable to a region, a vertical, or a named segment, not a generic queue.

Regional pods

Reps anchored to a geography. They keep local hours, hold local accents, and understand the buying culture of the territory they own.

  • Native or near-native language
  • Local public holidays respected
  • Domain phone presence by country
  • Region-specific compliance flags

Vertical pods

Reps anchored to an industry. They learn the lexicon, know the typical org chart, and recognize trigger events that move a deal forward.

  • FinServ, Healthtech, ManuTech, SaaS, Logistics
  • Persona libraries by ICP role
  • Vertical objection handling and proof points
  • Event and signal sources tuned per industry

Hybrid mode

For multi-region, multi-vertical motions. One pod owns a slice like "EMEA FinServ" or "APAC Logistics". You get focus without fragmenting the operation.

  • Segment is defined together at kickoff
  • Shared playbook, localized variants
  • One pod lead per slice for accountability
  • Cross-pod handoff rules documented
How localization works

Language plus buying norms.

Translation is the easy part. What actually moves a meeting is matching how a buyer in Munich, Sao Paulo, or Singapore expects to be approached. We build that into the cadence, not the copy.

  • Language at native quality Reps write and call in the buyer's primary business language. Reviewed by a local lead before go-live.
  • Cadence tuned to local norms Email-first in DACH, phone-tolerant in LATAM, LinkedIn-led in ANZ. Channel mix shifts per region, not per rep.
  • Holidays and quiet windows respected August in France, Golden Week in Japan, Carnival in Brazil. We pause and shift, not blast through.
  • Compliance built in GDPR for EU, CASL for Canada, opt-in lists for ANZ. Suppression and consent records kept per region.

Engagement Shapes

Pick the shape that fits.

Not a price card. A way to describe what a pod looks like when it goes live. We size the team to the territory, not the other way around.

// SINGLE-REGION POD

Anchor

One geography, one pod, one playbook. Best for teams testing a new region or doubling down on a proven one.

  • Dedicated SDR pod for one region
  • Single-language cadence, native review
  • Local working hours and phone presence
  • One pod lead, direct slack channel
  • Reporting in your CRM, your tags
Best for: First geographic expansion
// MULTI-REGION SUITE

Meridian

Two or three regions running in parallel, sharing infrastructure but with distinct messaging and local leads. Most common shape.

  • Two or three regional pods
  • Per-region cadence variants and proof libraries
  • Time-zone overlap with your HQ team
  • Cross-pod calibration on standups
  • Unified reporting with region cuts
Best for: Active multi-region motion
// VERTICAL OVERLAY

Latitude

A pod organized by industry instead of geography. Reps go deep on one vertical and follow accounts wherever they sit.

  • One industry, persona-deep team
  • Vertical objection and proof library
  • Event and trigger sources tuned per industry
  • Combines with Meridian for region cuts
  • Conference and trade-show alignment
Best for: Focused vertical plays
Sample Wins

What coverage looks like in production.

Two recent engagements where regional or vertical structure changed the shape of the pipeline. Names anonymized, numbers as reported by the customer.

// Project Polaris-EU DACH + Nordics // FinServ

European compliance platform replaces a generic offshore SDR queue with a DACH and Nordics pod.

The team had been running a single English-only motion across Europe. Reply rates were flat and meetings that did book often went cold on the second call. We staffed two regional pods, rewrote the opener in German and Swedish, and moved phone touches to local hours.

Outcome: Sourced 184 qualified meetings into the rebuilt pipeline. Sales cycle on DACH accounts compressed materially as buyers stopped re-explaining context. CRO kept the structure as the standing motion.

// Project Equinox-Logistics APAC + LATAM // Logistics

Supply-chain SaaS targets shippers across two time zones with a vertical-anchored pod.

An ICP of mid-market shippers across Singapore, Mexico, and Brazil meant any single time zone was wrong half the time. We built a Latitude pod focused on logistics, paired with split regional desks for SGT and BRT. Personas were tightened to Head of Operations and Customs Ops.

Outcome: Pipeline coverage grew across both continents without doubling headcount. Win rate on sourced opportunities moved up as conversations opened with the right operating context, not a generic intro.
