An ICP of mid-market shippers across Singapore, Mexico, and Brazil meant any single time zone was wrong half the time. We built a Latitude pod focused on logistics, paired with split regional desks for SGT and BRT. Personas were tightened to Head of Operations and Customs Ops.
Outcome: Pipeline coverage grew across both continents without doubling headcount. Win rate on sourced opportunities moved up as conversations opened with the right operating context, not a generic intro.
